Easy Weeknight Meal Ideas

A Macaroni Mom Review - Three Bridges Hand-crafted Pastas and Sauces

By Cynthia Woo January 4, 2016
As a busy Mom of three active kids and working full-time, I am always on the lookout for quick and easy weekday meals. But I also don't want to serve my family processed foods. I'm looking for something fresh and wholesome, as close to something I would make myself at home (if I had the time!). Recently, I had an opportunity to review Three Bridges ravioli with my family. It wasn't difficult to convince my kids to try it because all three of my kids are pasta-lovers! I loved how each package of ravioli were freshly packaged (not frozen) and the flavors were wonderfully creative and gourmet. We tried Butternut Squash, Five Cheeses, and Chicken and Mozarella. I was surprised that my kids really enjoyed the butternut squash! I cooked up all three flavors and added my own sauce (from a jar from my local gourmet foods store). This was an extremely simple meal for my family of five and all I had to do was supplement our meal with an easy salad. Three Bridges also sent me some links to some easy and delicious recipes (see below). Enjoy!

Disclaimer: As part of this review, I received complimentary packages of Three Bridges Ravioli to sample with my family.
